<Regarding the order details after receiving an order>
We do not accept any changes (including additions), cancellations, or returns after receiving an order due to customer's convenience.

* We cannot accept changes or additions to the order details, so please be careful not to miss any product orders.

I often get inquiries asking "I forgot to place an order, can I make an additional order?", But basically it is not possible.

As a general rule, we ship on the same day, so we will start packing work immediately after receiving an order.

For the above reasons, if an additional order is placed, we will only accept it as a separate order.

<Request for confirmation of arrival products>
If there are problems such as product difference, quantity difference, damage, stain, etc. after the product arrives,
We will respond to refunds and re-sends.

In that case, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of delivery.
We will not be able to respond in any case after 7 days.
Please be sure to check and respond as soon as you arrive.

Even if the product is defective (including damage during transportation) or different, the used product cannot be returned.
Please check the product you ordered.


We will bear the shipping cost for returning the product in case of inconvenience.
